The Government of the Republic of Vanuatu represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management ( the Employer) seeks Tender for the Construction of a New MFEM Building in Saratamata, Ambae, PENAMA Province. Its purpose/role is to devolve financial process to the provinces for effective Government services to reach rural areas. The construction of the building shall be built in accordance with the drawings and specifications and the contracts ( the " Works"). See scope of Works/specification of Works.
