Description :
Work Require: Works on Grandstand Seating at Independence Park Port Vila- in Preparation for the 40th Anniversary of Independence Celebrations in July 2020, including:
(i). Mobilization to site with all equipment, machinery, personnel, materials and sundry items required to complete the works.
(ii). Conduct a project pre-start meeting with the project Manager.
(iii). Establishment of site office, tools shed and resources area. Installation of PWD approved site signage.
(iv). Verify all measurements indicated on the drawings.
(V). Undertake works including:
(a). Undertake repairs to the existing grandstand seating structure including replacement of rusted/corroded footings, replacement of
rotted and damaged timber and connections and replacement of roof sheeting.
(b). Construction of two new grandstand seating wings to the existing grandstand. The new structures are to match the existing in
layout and materials construction.
(c). Materials supply and construction of temporary grandstand seating to the northern, southern and western sides of independence
park to increase seating capacity by 2,000 seats.
