Description :
Work Required: Provision for supply, labour, materials for the construction of a single storey building located in Port Olry, East Santo. Works include: 1. Mobilisation to site with all equipment, machinery, personnel, materials and sundry items required to complete the works. 2. Conduct a project pre-start meeting with the Project Manager and Supervisor. 3. Establishment of site office, tool shed and resources area. 4. Verify all measurements as indicated on the drawings. 5. This contract is a LUMP SUM for the works and is to include the supply of all materials, plants, equipment, labour, management and transport to complete the works as described.
