The Government of the Republic of Vanuatu represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (the Employer) seeks Tender for the Construction of a new MFEM Building in Santo, Luganville. Its purpose/role is to devolve financial process to the Provinces for effective Government services to reach rural areas as per decentralization policy. In particularly, the constructor must construct the new building in accordance with the drawings and specifications and the Contract (the “Works”). Refer you to scope of Works under the Schedule of Activities and as per as Engineer’s requirements. Please, note that this project shall be supervised by a local engineer.
