Works Required:
Full mobilisation to site with all equipment, machinery, personnel, materials and sundry items required to complete the works. Establishment of site building and resources area.
New construction of warehouse standard bay floor area as indicated in the schedule of requirements (width and Length) including consultation and water catchment, inclusive setup, foundation and slab, gates installation, roof structure, installation of water capture systems and electrical fittings and painting.
New construction and fabrication of shed/warehouse inclusive ground preparation, construction of slab, fabrication of internal and external walls, roof structure construction and steel cladding, installation of water capture systems, painting and electrical fittings.
